She needs space to
exhale, soften, and come back to herself.

If your days have been loud…
If your nervous system feels tired…
If you’ve been craving intentional downtime, meaningful connection, and quiet moments in nature...

this retreat was created for you!

The Retreat Setting: Why This Hotel Is So Special

This retreat is hosted at a rare, organic alpine wellness hotel, a place I personally chose after staying here for my own private retreat.

This is not just where we sleep.
This place is part of the healing.

The entire property is intentionally designed to support deep rest and nervous-system regulation through its materials, environment & philosophy.

A True Organic Hotel Experience

This is not a hotel that offers organic options, it is fully organic and eco-conscious by design.

  • Natural materials throughout (solid wood, clay walls, stone pine)

  • Clean, non-toxic air and calming interiors

  • Rooms designed for deep, restorative sleep

  • A quiet alpine energy you feel the moment you arrive

Nourishment That Supports You

Your stay includes the hotel’s celebrated organic culinary experience, featuring:

  • A rich organic breakfast

  • A light, nourishing lunch

  • An afternoon cake & pastry buffet

  • A beautiful five-course gourmet dinner each evening

Meals are prepared with seasonal, high-quality ingredients that support digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing, without heaviness.

A Spa That Feels Like a Sanctuary

Full access to the hotel’s wellness area is included:

  •  Indoor & outdoor swimming pools

  • Multiple saunas & steam rooms

  • Peaceful relaxation spaces

Plus, one 30-minute massage per guest is included.

This is the kind of place where you don’t have to try to relax.

The environment does it for you!

A Transformational Addition: Featuring Jennie Potter

This retreat is elevated even further by the presence of Jennie Potter, two-time bestselling author of Self-Sabotage No More, motivational speaker, and emotional recalibration coach.

Jennie is known for helping women gently release hidden emotional patterns and subconscious blocks that quietly affect areas such as confidence, self-trust, relationships, career growth, and overall wellbeing.

Her work is calm, grounded, and body-based, supporting the nervous system in releasing emotional weight without reliving old stories or forcing breakthroughs.

Women often describe the experience as:

  •  a quieter mind

  • a softer body

  • a deep internal exhale

  • emotional lightness and clarity

Paired with the stillness of the Dolomites, organic nourishment, spa time, and intentional space, Jennie’s work lands deeply, allowing guests to leave not only rested, but lighter, clearer, and unblocked.

A Truly Special Addition: Professional Photography

You don’t have to document a thing.

Krystal C Photography will be with us throughout the retreat, quietly capturing candid, meaningful moments so you can fully unplug and be present.

This is a rare and special inclusionand one of the many ways this retreat stands apart.

Formal Dinner Night

One evening will be a formal dinner night, a chance to dress up, feel radiant, and celebrate yourself in a stunning alpine setting.

Think connection, laughter, and memories you’ll carry home with you.
